What is TheSantaVideo?
Take a picture of a room in your home, we recommend your Christmas Tree. Upload your picture to our website, and choose from a list of santa videos that will automatically be integrated into your picture. The result is a video of santa claus in your very own home.

What kind of picture do I need?
- Supported Image Formats: .gif .png .jpg .jpeg
- Image must be taken Landscape Style (lengthwise)
- Upload File Size Limit = 10mb
Our software only supports landscape images, so vertical images will be recropped by our software and may look funny. The This is where you need to be creative. We have done our best to use generic wrapping papers, normal milk glasses and your ordinary chocolate chip cookies. This is so you can recreate the scenario perfectly incase your kids are extra sharp! Open areas work best, a picture on Christmas Eve or while your tree is up is extra special. Try not to use photos that have obstructions in the foreground, such as a couch blocking the front of the shot. Santa needs area to move around, so keep that in mind when you are taking your photo.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards. All payments are completely secure through an SSL certified connection provided by Paypal.
How much does a video cost and what do I get?
"1" video creation costs $10 and your product is delivered immediately to you on the site after you have completed the building process. Your video is stored on our servers, and you will be given a static Link to access your video at any time ie(thesantavideo.com/yourvideo). At this point you can then send your video to friends through our sharing wizard, and or keep the link and share with friends across Social Networks or your own Email.
The Software Closed while I
was creating my video, now what?
No need to worry.. When you purchased your video we sent you a backup "redeem code" that may be used to re-enter the software on the Gift Certicate Page. you may log back into your session as long as your video has not been finalized during "Step 5". If you received a gift code, use your same code again to login. If you purchased your video directly, please check your email for the Redemption Code that we sent for backup purposes.
We don't have a video camera,
so what do we tell the kids?
It is plain and simple, the elves are taking reservations to come to your home and if you sign up, they will bring along video equipment to film a short appearance.
